SYMPOSIUM FEE

Registrations must be forwarded on line and the participation is possible either with or without abstract submission.
We will guarantee the possibility of registration until we will reach the maximum of 200 participants, following the first registered, first served basis.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES


Welcome Reception on Wednesday June 16th at 6:00 PM.
Thursday June 17th: bus departure at 2.00 p.m. by bus, visit to Vineyards in the Langhe Area and social dinner.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All fees must be net and free of any bank charges.
Should any bank charge be entitled to the Organizing Secretariat,  expenses will be settled cash at the Meeting desk upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY


In order to cancel the Meeting registration please write to the Organizing Secretariat your notice of cancellation before March 30th 2010.
Should your cancellation be notified after March 30th, no reimbursement will be provided.
All cancellations will be subject to € 50,00 processing fee.

Please note that the Organizing Secretariat does not look after the hotel bookings of the participants attending the Symposium.

Rates are per room, per night, breakfast and taxes included.
