Poster session
Those participants who want
to present a poster in the dedicated session, will have to submit
an abstract by January 20, 2005 to the following
address: mail@fobiotech.org.
Please send the abstract only by e-mail as attached word file.
T he Scientific Committe will read and select the abstracts received
by the deadline.
All selected abstracts will be included in the book of proceedings.
Authors will be notified within February
2, 2005.
Instructions for abstracts
preparation
The Proceedings will be distributed
at the Conference. It is essential, therefore, that these instructions
are followed exactly. Each contribution must comprise TWO PAGES
only, and should fill the pages as nearly as possible. Abstracts
lay-out should correspond to the following: Summary (maximum 5 lines),
text (including introduction, materials, methods, results, etc.),
5 keywords and 5 References. All contributions must be in English
and S.I. units should be used. The abstracts should fit in A4-size
(297 x 210 mm) paper, using single line spacing and Times New Roman
12-point font type-size. Please keep a margin of 30 mm at the top
of the page and 25 mm at bottom, right and left margins of the page.
The title of the abstract should appear in higher case and bold
type. There should be one line spaces between title and authors
names followed by a 2-line space before the text starts. There should
be one line spaces between sections. Between heading of a section
and text no space. Indicate the session your abstract refers to.
Do not use page numbers. Figures and Tables in greyscale may be
included and they should be presented in the body of the text. Abstracts
should be submitted as Word electronic file through e-mail or diskette
The deadline for abstract submission is January 20th, 2005.
Any contributions received after this date will not appear in the
Proceedings and the abstract will not be accepted for presentation
at the Conference.
